People &Stakeholders

This came out of one of the sessions with a previous group. One of our leaders was talking about managing so many demanding internal customers.

She ran teams that delivered a service to multiple areas.  We diagnosed that she focused on managing a very competent and experienced team who may not need the level of attention she gave and spent no time stakeholder managing her customers.

This led to me defining a list of our stakeholder and the outcome I would want in the relationship.

Who are your stakeholders, what relationship outcome do you want?
