Great leadership is not about one person who inspires all or is born to lead. It’s about a collective group of leaders who are very clear on the goals who have clarity on their purpose and process on how to get there and are passionate and committed about making it happen which leads to others being motivated to engage and get it done whilst having fun along the way.
About the program:
Learning with you COO is a program we have put on over the years for our newer members of the leadership team. Its totally informal and is by invitation only. The program has some structured parts like understanding the division and my views on leadership but mainly it is created by you and the challenges you give me. I take them away and try and structure some thinking on what I would do and why or what I have done and share it. Its designed for you and is about you.
What I get from it is the opportunity for you to know me, know how I think and a change to listen learn and shape our culture and future.
