Teams

Learning is different for different people and the Chinese proverb that “ the teacher will apear when the pupil is ready”, has been so true in my life. Learning happens when you are open and ready for it and what is being taught has some relevance to the issues of the day.
It also has to be adapted as what workedin one context is never directly transferable. You have to make it fit the environment and culture you are within. But learning from others is key to becoming an optimal leader.
