LeadershipBasics
As a leader you are on a journey and as you go through it you need to work out what things will be expected of you?
You need to have a way of knowing what skills you have picked up along the way and what you are yet to develop? It’s all personal to you. By knowing what you have and what you don’t have you can look at each opportunity assess – do I have the skills to do that – could this be a way of getting the skills or is the skill needed and I just can’t do it but do I have some close to me in the team that can. This is not a full list nor can it ever be as each person and situation is different (context) but it’s designed to stimulate you and your thoughts on what your personal journey is and what you may need along the way.
